Hostess / Front Office Assistant
As Hostess / Front Office Assistant, you are the face of Scotch Whisky Investments. With warmth, professionalism, and an eye for detail, you ensure every visit to our Sassenheim office is a memorable experience.
Your Role
As Hostess / Front Office Assistant, you are the first impression clients and visitors have of SWI. You welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, handle incoming calls, and manage inbound and outbound mail. You prepare and serve beverages for clients and ensure the reception, kitchen, bar, and guest areas are always immaculate and inviting.
Beyond day-to-day hospitality, you support the organisation of internal and external SWI events — from client gatherings to tastings and exclusive experiences. You monitor and replenish office supplies and provide light administrative support to the Client Experience & Hospitality Manager and Facilities Manager.
In this role, you combine a strong service mindset with a polished, professional presentation. You are detail-oriented, flexible, and at ease in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Experience
Minimum MBO level, preferably in administration, communication, reception, or hospitality
1–3 years of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or front office role
Experience in a luxury or premium service environment is a plus
Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude with a strong sense of etiquette and discretion
Service-oriented, detail-focused, hands-on, and proactive
Flexible and willing to support events outside regular office hours when needed
