IT Manager

We are looking for a full-time IT Manager. In this role, you are responsible for resolving incidents and managing all IT-related infrastructure and equipment across the organization, in the broadest sense.

Your Role

As IT Manager, you oversee the development, performance, and security of our IT landscape. You are responsible for the in-house custom-built Back Office application (ERP/transactional), our trading platform The SWEX, and key business systems including Microsoft 365, Business Central, and our CRM.

You lead a compact international team (3 internal and external colleagues across the Netherlands, Scotland, and Turkey) and coordinate with external partners for office automation and infrastructure support. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and operational involvement.

You ensure compliance with regulations and IT security standards, including the recurring EDP/IT audit. As solution and enterprise architect, you translate business needs into a scalable technology roadmap, directly contributing to the organization’s growth goals.

Close collaboration with departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement & Logistics, Portfolio Management, Sales, Hospitality, and Marketing is key. With ongoing expansion — including a future Scottish office — and constant refinement of our strategies based on client feedback and market developments, we seek a proactive leader who anticipates and builds for the future.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO)

  • 5–10 years in a comparable IT leadership role

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Familiarity with both standard and custom-built business applications

  • Background in international scale-up environments

  • Hands-on leadership style with strong ownership

  • Conceptual and strategic thinker with a creative edge

  • Strong team ambassador and relationship builder

  • Comfortable navigating change and uncertainty

  • Fluent in both English and Dutch

  • Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
