Scotch Whisky Investments
A weathered warehouse courtyard in Scotland

How assets are held and managed.

Cask warehousing, bottle storage, security and records, with real infrastructure in Scotland through Scotch Whisky Warehousing.

What we manage

Assets, records and condition

A cask is a living asset and a bottle is a fragile one. Both need looking after, and both need paperwork.

Casks rest in bonded, duty-suspended warehouses in Scotland; bottles sit in condition-controlled storage. Around them run security, records, handling, insurance and monitoring, all in your name and all inside our own group.

The work

Eight parts to holding an asset properly

None of it is glamorous. All of it decides what the asset is worth when you come to sell.

02

Bottle storage

04

05

Careful handling, sampling and regauging through maturation.

06

Our own warehouse

One party answers for the asset

Our own warehouse in Glenrothes holds the casks, our own people handle them, and one point of contact stays with you from the day an asset arrives to the day it leaves. No broker chain in between.
