Research-led, transparent and long-term. We manage the whole as a portfolio, from first research through to eventual exit.
There is no single formula. What stays the same is the method: how we choose, how we hold, and how we plan the way out.

Long-term, research-led and transparent. We buy quality we understand and hold it as long as maturation demands.
→
Distillery, cask type, age, ABV and market context. Every acquisition is judged on evidence.
→
Held in bonded warehouses in Scotland, insured and monitored, managed within our own group.
→
Every cask measured, sampled and inspected through the full maturation, in our own warehouses at Glenrothes.
→
How and through which routes whisky can be sold after maturation: bottling, private sale, auction or trade.
→
Sourcing, construction, monitoring and exit, each judged on what can go wrong as much as on what it can return.
Each stage is documented and reviewed, with risk awareness running through all of them.
We do not distil. Everything after that happens within our own group.

Independent Scottish distilleries. The only step in the chain we do not own.

Casks and bottles bought directly, judged on evidence rather than availability.

Bonded storage in Scotland, in our own group warehouse at Glenrothes.

Monitoring, regauging and re-racking through maturation.

Bottling and sale, including through the group brand MO ÒR.

They behave differently and are judged on different criteria, then constructed into a single portfolio around the investor.

Storage and cask management sit with Scotch Whisky Warehousing inside our group, and for selected matured whisky the group brand MO ÒR can provide a route to market. One party answers from acquisition to sale.
