What you will do
As Office & Client Support Officer, you are the face of Scotch Whisky Investments and the organisational link between front office, Client Experience and Sales. You welcome visitors and investors in a friendly, professional manner and handle incoming and outgoing mail. You prepare drinks for guests and keep the reception, kitchen, bar and guest areas immaculate and inviting.
Beyond day-to-day hospitality, you support our internal events, from meetings to investor gatherings and whisky tastings, and provide administrative support to the Client Experience and Sales teams.
In this role you combine a strong service mindset with organisational skills and a polished, professional presentation. You are detail-oriented, flexible and at ease in a dynamic, international environment.
What you bring
At least MBO level, preferably in administration, communication, reception or hospitality
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service, reception, front office or administrative role
Experience in a luxury or premium service environment is an advantage
Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, calendar management)
A professional attitude with a strong sense of etiquette and discretion
Service-oriented, organised, detail-focused, hands-on and proactive
Flexible and willing to support events outside office hours when needed
